Description:
The PLN2800 is a robust industrial machine designed for both unfolding and folding of wide-format HDPE and LDPE film materials. It handles single-layer films from 10 to 70 microns in thickness and widths ranging from 500 to 2800 mm, making it ideal for large-scale film processing applications.

The system features ultrasonic fork sensor-based edge control, along with an electromagnetic brake and loadcell-supported tension control, including a separate electronic tensioning device. Trim waste is collected via an adjustable air-blowing system. The shaft system utilizes air shafts with safety chucks for secure and efficient operation.
